Abstract
Most SLPs are thrust into the role of supervisors at some point in their careers.  It has been assumed that the supervisory process facilitates the professional growth of supervisor and supervisee.  In a professional climate that is making supervision more intentional and a distinct area of practice, SLPs are seeking evidence-based practices and resources.  This live webinar will provide supervision methodologies, skill competency curriculum, and functional strategies through real-life case studies.  Rewards and challenges in the art of clinical supervision will also be discussed.

Learner Outcomes
After completing this course, participants will be able to describe three stages of supervision, describe the three supervisory styles, list three clinical competencies for supervisors and list three evidence-based strategies for effective supervision.
